Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All service engagements (such as website development, SEO, or digital marketing) are customized and billed based on mutually approved project proposals.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available only if a project is canceled before any work has started.
Once design, research, or development work begins, payments become non-refundable due to resource allocation and time investment.
Partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if services have not been delivered as described.

3. Payment Disputes

Any billing dispute must be raised in writing within 7 business days of invoice delivery.

4. Project Modifications

Revisions outside the agreed scope will be billed separately upon client approval.
